QA1: How does the waiting list work?
After you submit your registration it will automatically be transferred into our waiting list due to the schedule chosen being closed out. Waiting list members will receive a spot upon earliest registration submitted once an opening occurs. If an opening doesn't happen we will still contact you to update you on the status. Please be sure to advise if you would like your registration to go towads another schedule.

Q1: What is it?

Mannys Fitness Program is a program that offers Regular Boot Camp, Online Boot Camp, Solo Fitness Training (Personal Training), Personal Meal Plans, Nutrition Guidance and 1 on 1 Communication Basis. The program specifically designed to help you build Muscle, Endurance, Strengh, Cardio, Lose Body Fat Weight, Get Toned and Get Results! In return you obtain a healthier and stonger lifestyle! Every session is full of fitness instructions, nutritional counseling, member camaraderie & motivational training. This unique experience keeps you consistent, motivated and treated with accountability so you stay focused and meet your goals.

Q2: What happens when it rains?

A1:  Indoor Boot Camp (Training Facility) | We stay indoors.

A2:  Outdoor Boot Camp | Rain or shine, we train. Our goals are too important to let a little bit of water ruin it, plus, rain is only going to cool us down! The only reason for cancellation will be if it's raining cats and dogs or we see any lightning signs.

In cases of inclement weather, class cancellations will be announced via social media platform. Make up sessions will be distributed in a timely manner.

Q3: What will I get out of it?

A firmer body with more energy. A more toned and stronger physic. A flatter and tighter stomach. Increased strength and endurance. All around muscle strength. Body muscle definition. Conditioning. A healthy eating life style. And the list goes on...

Q4: Where is it?

Mannys Fitness Program is held in the city of Lompoc (Main Training Facility) and in Santa Maria (Outdoor Only).

Q5:  What about cold weather?

A;  When the temperatures fall around 40 degrees your body actually burns more calories while you exercise outdoors. Your body acts as a furnace which uses calories. Im sure you have experience shivering while out in the cold. Therefore, shivering is an automatic muscle movement to create heat. If you don’t work your muscles, the body will do it for you. So while your working out in the cold not only you will warm-up pretty fast but you will also be burning double the calories.

Q8: What if I'm not very physically fit?

NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Nor will ANYBODY go home UNCHALLENGED! Men and Women of all ages with any level of abilities are welcome to participate. Each week we will slightly increase in intensity and change the type of exercises that are done in order reach muscle confusion and muscle stimulation. Muscle confusion prevents you from getting burned out or hitting a plateau. We also have our fitness level and modification system which will place you where you need to be.

Q9:  I haven't worked out in a VERY long time, will this be too much for me?

A:  No!!! We'll give you modifications and set you up for success. As you get stronger and fitter, the workouts will become harder in order to progress in transforming the body and then keeping it that way. This is not a "one-size fits all" exercise program, this is a program that will be tailored to fit you.

Q10: What types of exercises are included in the program?

Exercises include: Power walking, running, short distance running, jumping, push-ups, sit-ups, squats, plyometrics, calisthenics, drills, bodyweight training, sand bag training, core training, flexibility training and much much much more. Join Now!

Q13:  I have "bad knees, hips, shoulders, etc, can I participate?"

A: YES!!! We'll give you modifications, or a different exercise that will work the muscles with out causing pain to a pre-exsisting injury. Overall body muscle balancing is highly practiced.

Q14: Do I need to bring anything special?

Always bring a bottle full of drinking water. In addition, your body, dressed in exercise clothes and a good pair of proper running shoes (no brand new shoes until they're broken in). Training bras (gals) and compression underwear (guys) are strongly recommended. Also, workout gloves are optional but strongly recommended.

Q15: What if I miss a day?

You miss a day. As long as you notify before that certain training day in a timely manner. WITH A LEGITAMATE EXCUSE (more will be covered at our first training day). Mannys Fitness Program is a group orientated program therefore your presence is necessary in order for it to run as it was structured.

Q16: Will you offer supplemental workouts?

Yes! Please ask about our OTRWO (On The Road Workout Obliged).

Additional personal training sessions can be arranged for an additional cost by request.

Q17: What if I am the “slowest/out-of-shapest/clumsiest” person?

Mannys Fitness Program is a team effort as much as an individual one. I encourage you to do the best that you can do on any given day. Each workout is different than the one before; where you excel, others might lag, and vice versa. In time and hard work those inbalances will be a thing of the past. All the exercises can be modified to various fitness levels and abilities. If you need a modification just request it.

Q18: What is the age requirement to participate in Mannys Fitness Program?

The age requirement to participate in Mannys Fitness Program is 18+. Youth Mannys Fitness Program will be advertised separately. Please Contact Us for any details.

Q19: What is the process of joining a full and closed out schedule?

If at the very moment the schedule specified is full and closed out, no outside drop-ins are allowed.  Any registrations made towards the closed specified schedules will be moved over to the waiting list area and you will be notified accourdingly.We'll be notifying the subject named future Member before the start of next boot camp if an openings occur.
*All registrants are given a spot upon earliest submission.

Q20: Can I still train if I happen to get sick?

YES | One is able to continue with their workout regimen if symptoms include sinus pressure, sneezing, stuffy, runny nose, sore throat or ear ache.
NO | Here is a list of symptoms that will need time off from working out. These symptoms include fever, muscle aches, wheezing, heavy couging, chest tightness, vomiting or diarrhea.

Q21: What's Regular Boot Camp?

Regular Boot Camp is 4 weeks long, 3 days per week, 12 classes, 1 hour each class. Our new 4 week boot camp regimen started soon or has just started (Check HERE). Depending when you join, you’ll receive a prorate if you join after the new start. Each 4 week boot camp is $100 for new Members.
